New “weeks” start every Sunday. The best time to START a monthly membership is on a Saturday or Sunday morning so that you get your classes and schedule going right away. If you start a monthly membership mid-week, know that you will not receive a weekly e-mail until the following Sunday.

With this membership, there is no need to “book classes”! Everything you need will be included in your Sunday E-mail.

You’ll have access to NEW classes each week, so that your workouts never get old!
