POP Pilates

POP Pilates is a musically driven, total body workout! This format combines Mat Pilates inspired movements with the beat of pop music to create a beautiful, core burning dance on the mat. POP Pilates will light your core on fire, leave no muscle untouched and promote effortless mobility in everyday life. This workout is equipment free and for ALL LEVELS. Options are offered for all exercises!

POP Pilates is where MY fitness journey began, and I’ve never looked back. Come sweat on the mat with me!

FIIT HIIT

FIIT HIIT combines strength-based exercises with high, intensive cardio intervals to create a variable intensity workout. Here’s the deal: Each class will focus on 1-2 muscle groups. We’ll start with a targeted warm-up, followed by 4 rounds of 6 moves. You’ll go hard for 45 seconds and rest for 15. After 4 rounds, we’ll finish it off with a quick burnout for the targeted muscles and then take a few feel-good stretches. It’s SUPER quick, and I promise you will be thoroughly drenched at the end.

FIT Flow Yoga

Trained in the RYT 200Hr Baptiste method, I want to give you a powerful mind-body experience in your Yoga practice. The Journey Into Power sequence by Baron Baptiste will ground your mind, elevate your senses and exhilarate your body.

Barre Sculpt

My Barre method is like my personality! Focused, poised, and filled with sarcastic commentary. Barre uses small isometric movements to tone the muscles and build a burn like you can’t imagine until you’ve sat in a parallel squat for 30 seconds. Barre is rhythmically driven, but it is not a dance on the mat. We’ll squat, squeeze and pulse to the beat, but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.
